Large Party Terms and Conditions

Minimum Spend Requirements

Large Party Reservations and Full Room Buy-Outs Require a pre-paid Booking Deposit.   

• Your deposit is used to secure your date, time and number of guest seats specified or full room buy-out.

• The booking deposit is due and payable at time of booking to hold your reservation.

• Additional charges incurred during booking are to be immediately paid on conclusion of dining/reservation. 

• Your deposit will be returned within three (3) business days of your event subject to subject to minimum spend requirements being met (before taxes and gratuity).

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation is valid unless it is in writing. If the Renter cancels SEVEN (7) DAYS or more in advance of the event a full refund will be issued. If the Renter cancels In less than SEVEN (7) DAYS, then the cancellation fee shall be ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of the Booking Deposit (no exceptions).

 

Reservation Guarantee

Reservations are only secured after the following conditions are met:

1. Your reservation deposit “Booking Deposit” must be paid in full.

2. You’ve completed and returned a signed copy of the Reservation Agreement.

3. You’ve received a confirmation booking email from The Metro doing business as the Flapper Lounge.

 

*Your booking is NOT guaranteed until you’ve received a booking confirmation email from The Metro (dba Flapper Lounge).
